Indoor Unit Options:
- 9,000 BTU: Ideal for bedrooms (up to 400 sq. ft.)
- 12,000 BTU: Perfect for spaces between 400 sq. ft. – 700 sq. ft.
- 18,000 BTU: Best for larger, open spaces (up to 1,000 sq. ft.)
Important Note: The total BTUs for indoor units should not exceed 120% of the total outdoor condenser capacity. For example, if your outdoor condenser is rated for 36,000 BTUs, the total BTU capacity of the indoor units should not exceed 43,200 BTUs (36,000 x 120%).

What’s Not Included in Pricing:
- Electrical Connection: The connection from the main electrical panel to the outdoor condenser is not included. Electrical work typically costs between $500 and $1,000, depending on the distance from the panel to the outdoor unit, the amperage required, and the electrical panel specifications.
Optional Upgrades:
All systems are priced with the most common high-wall mounted indoor units. If you’re interested in other options, the following upgrades are available for additional costs:
- Low Wall / Floor Mount Indoor Unit: Available for an additional $500 each.
- Ceiling Recessed Indoor Unit: Available for an additional $1,500 each. (Attic access is highly recommended for future service.)
- Concealed Ducted Indoor Evaporator: Available for an additional cost (please inquire for pricing).
